The CPBF National Council has prepared this document (click ‘Read More...’ to read it online) as a basis for discussion at the Campaign’s conference on 30-31 October 2009. Our objective is to forge radical alternative media policy to deal with the rapid convergence of technology and the linked consolidation of ownership and control in a small number of globalised corporations. Our vision is one of media access and plurality essential to democratic, self-governing societies at local, national and international levels.
